Return policy

We strive to give every customer a worry-free experience. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, and unpainted, exactly as it was when you first received it.

Refunds cover only the item's purchase price. Any items that have been modified, used, or returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund or return to the buyer, unless specified otherwise. We also do not provide return packaging. Prior to sending anything back, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

If you receive a damaged or broken item, let us know immediately and include photos showing both the packaging and the item itself. We’re here to help and ensure your satisfaction.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@autobody.parts right after placing it. Make sure to confirm all details during the “Order Review” step before finalizing your purchase. Once your items have shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Should your shipment already be in transit with FedEx and you need to update the delivery address, get in touch with our team. Redirecting an order en route incurs a $10 fee per package.
